partypoker LIVE: Update on Coronavirus

partypoker LIVE has been monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus on live poker events in the coming months.

Suffice to say we are constantly reviewing our position with our partners and venues to protect players, whilst at the same time continuing to support these events.

We have thought long and hard about cancelling some events and are continuously reviewing our position on a case-by-case basis. The Super High Roller in Sochi this week is taking place and running as normal, however unfortunately we have had to postpone the upcoming WPT Barcelona festival which was due to take place between 22nd March and 5th April.

In addition, the inaugural MILLIONS Cyprus which was due to run 3rd - 11th May, in partnership with Merit Poker, has been postponed but will now take place 26th August - 5th September. Merit’s Poker Classic still goes ahead 29th April - 11th May. 

The team at partypoker LIVE promises flexibility for those that win packages online for live events. The same flexibility exists for our staff who may choose not to go to a live event.
