What is partypoker LIVE?
We have created partypoker LIVE to provide poker players with everything they need to enjoy our live events, all in one place. Our goal to forge strong links with our players and reinforce our pledge to put the community back into poker.
All members get access to all the latest tournament information, player chat communities, live reporting and streaming, player promotions and much more.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is quick and easy. Simply complete the short registration form. You will be logged in instantly.
Is it free to join?
Yes, partypoker LIVE is 100% free to join.
Does my partypoker LIVE username have to be the same as my partypoker username?
Yes, it does.
Do I need a partypoker username to create an account?
No, you don’t. You can create a partypoker LIVE account using a newly created username. However, if you want to link your partypoker LIVE account to your partypoker.com account then you will need to use your partypoker.com username to open your partypoker LIVE account
What languages are supported?
We currently support English, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and French. We'll be adding new languages in all the time, so please keep checking back.
How do I contact LIVE Support?
You can email our support team on info@partypokerlive.com. Please note that we do not currently offer a Live Chat service.
Can I find schedules on the site?
Yes, simply click on the event you wish to find a schedule for, and then click the ‘Schedules’ tab.
Will photos from partypoker LIVE events be on the site?
Yes, we post a selection of the photos taken at each event. They can be found in an event Live Reporting section.
Can I watch Live Streaming on the site?
Yes, whenever a partypokerLIVE event is taking place, there is usually a live stream. This will be shown in the ‘Live Reporting’, of that particular event at the time. Simply click ‘Live Reporting’ to view the current reporting on a LIVE event, alternatively find the event in ‘Upcoming Events’, and click ‘Live Reporting’ within there.
How do I post in the Chat?
Click on 'Chat' to enter the partypoker LIVE chat. Find an area best suited to your post, for example, ‘General Discussion’. You will need a profile photo and a linked partypoker account to be able to post in the Chat.
Do I have to be 18 years old to use the site and post in the Chat?
partypoker LIVE website and chat forum is 18+ no posts can be made or read by anyone under the age of 18.
Who do I report complaints to, regarding Chat abuse?
We have moderators who look out for things like this, however if you spot something please flag any issues with info@partypokerlive.com immediately.
How do I reset my password?
On the log-in menu, you'll see a link that says, 'Forgotten Password?'. Click this, and enter the details requested and you'll be sent an email with a link to change your password.
How do I change my profile picture?
You can change your profile picture by clicking ‘Edit Profile’ found in the left hand side menu on the website after you hover over your name. Once here, you can edit your account.
I want to ask a question about a partypoker LIVE event, who can I ask?
You can email our support staff at info@partypokerlive.com with any questions you may have.
Who can create a partypoker LIVE account?
Anyone over the age of 18 can sign-up to partypoker LIVE. If you want to link your partypoker LIVE account to your partypoker.com account you’ll need a partypoker.com account. To be eligible for any of our ticket promotions your account needs to be a real money account with no outstanding issues or exclusions.
Can I play poker on partypoker LIVE?
No, this site is a source of poker information, education and entertainment.
What is treated with Zero Tolerance?
